Christopher Lawrence currently works as a carpenter and freelance writer in New York’s Hudson Valley. He holds a Master’s degree in English Literature, and over the past seventeen years has accumulated extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction. He has a passion for teaching, and enjoys sharing the tips and tricks he’s learned as a carpenter with fellow do-it-yourselfers. He is currently working on his first book: an account of his experience building a custom timber frame home for two of his friends while living on their eighteen acres of Hudson Valley farmland.
