With a background encompassing the worlds of business, construction and academia, Steven Bernstein continues to work as a part-time instructional and academic aid for the local school district. He works with both mainstream and special needs children in K-8 and as one might guess, also does some freelance writing.
His business experience spans nearly 25 years as a co-founder of a company that sold doors and windows, operating as a licensed general contractor for the installation of the products sold. His responsibilities included, at one time or another, general management and administration, sales and marketing, the training of sales personnel, and the actual installation of the doors and windows.
