Help: A/C not working properly
I have replaced the condenser fan motor and the capacitor on my air conditioner. when i tunr on the unit, it will run for approx., 20 minuets and then the fan stops. But you can still hear a humming sound coming from the unit. HELP

If the humming is the compressor I would double check the capacitor wires. Accidentally Swapping Herm and Fan on a dual cap can cause this if a start kit is in use.
Another possibility....
If the replacement motor has a lower FLA rating then the original motor it will commonly over amp an drop out.
(Replacing a 1.9 amp motor with a 1.4 amp motor is a bad idea)
