Safe-T switch keeps turning off central air unit
I have checked the drain pipe under the house; it's straight and level and drips steadily outside.
The Safe-T switch on the AC unit is turning the unit off every fifteen seconds. The unit works fine when I lift the Safe-T switch out of its blind pipe.
Is the switch too sensitive, or is there too much water accumulating in the blind pipe it sits in?
Any advice on this problem will be much appreciated.

I assume you're referring to the condensate drain pipe. The pipe shouldn't be level, it should have a slight downwards pitch so that the water will run out via gravity. In all likelihood, the pipe that the switch is monitoring is partially plugged and draining too slowly so that the condensate is filling up the pipe. Try either snaking the pipe or try to suck the clog up with a wet/dry vacuum on the end of the pipe.
