What would be the best caulk, for were the lines come into the
house from the AC Unit?

Is there foam pipe wrap around them? What type of siding?

I see silicone caulk used a lot where the lines go through the siding or foundation but silicone isn't paintable.

You could also use red firestop caulk, which won't shrink and seals completely.

Also a typical Rope caulk.

I thought, a silicone caulk tube will fit the situation.

Gray electrical putty works if the gap is too large for a bead of caulk!
