Change out ECM Motor With PSC Motor

I have been unable to repair my ECM control module on my Carrier air handler and I simply can't afford the cost of a new ECM motor. I am now looking at installing a single speed PSC motor. I need help with the motor specs (currently 1/2 hp) and the best motor speed. Also the correct control wiring. I know this is a less than desirable solution, but I am going to lose the house to foreclosure soon so I just need the cheapest way out. Thank you for providing any assistance possible.

We would need to know the model number of the air handler. Not sure if you can find a single speed blower motor.

Model Number KK4CNF001. I can go with a 3 speed motor if necessary and hook up the lead that gives me the optimum air flow.
