AC condensation help needed

I have never had an AC unit in my attic before, I went and look at it the other day and noticed that there is condensation around the unit pipes. What worry me is that the condensation drips back into the the unit where there are electrical wires, and it also drips onto the plywood in the attic. I have asked the AC guy to come back and check on it but he's taking his sweet time. Is this something I should be worry about? What can I do to fix this issue? I have included some pictures. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the forums.

No real major problems there. The reason for the condensation is cold air being allowed to travel out of the drain lines.

In the diagram I labeled the secondary drain line. That line should either have a trap in it or an overflow switch.

Does your overflow pan under the furnace have a float/overflow switch in it ?
It usually has two yellow wires to it.

On the primary drain line which is the back one in the picture there is a trap but the top of the tube (orange arrow) should be capped off. DON'T glue a cap on.... just put it on so it can be removed for drain cleaning in the future.
