Insulation covered my home.
I recently had my AC replaced. I have a gas furnace in my attic. When I returned home I noticed everything was covered with insulation dust. The installer admitted to getting insulation in the ductwork, but assured me that once the unit was turned on it all blew out. Should I have the vents cleaned out? Although I've vacuumed and cleaned I'm still having breathing irritation. Should I be worried, is this dangerous?

Probably something that happens all the time.
I would agree, not that it's a great solution, that once it stats running anything loose is going to be blown out into the house.
I'm not a big fan of those duct cleaning companies, they show you some really nasty ducts but every duct I've had the pleasure to look in was nothing more that a light coat of dust.
