Rattling Air duct
When the furnace is on, sometimes I hear a loud rattling sound coming from my ceiling air duct register on the ceiling. It has been really annoying and wakes me up at night. I tried to remove the register however even after removing the screws the register is stuck on the ceiling. Tried a flat-head screwdriver to pry it open, still nothing. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

The paint is holding it to the ceiling. Could be a little tricky getting off with out damaging the sheet rock. I would try to hook some wire through the vents and pull straight down. Also use a razor knife around the edges.
