Air handler unit on HVAC- Auto or Continous ON
I have conventional all electric HVAC unit (no heat pump).
Currently I am using auto setting on thermostat for fan. So fan is turned on when compressor is on.
Outside compressor will turn on and off based on desired temp on thermostat regardless of inside fan on air handler unit.
My thinking is, if inside fan is constant on, it will circulate air inside home so less need for more cold temp.
Q. Would it reduce my electric bill?
Q. Would constant fan on will wear down air handler unit prematurely?

It will raise your electric bill as the indoor blower will never shut off.
It will also increase indoor humidity as the air moving over the saturated evaporator will cause the water to re-evaporate into the indoor airstream.
