Angry refrigeration

Hi everybody!
My name is Witold and I am from New Zealand

I have got in my work place two separate units of Air Condition because it is quite big room.:

Mitsubishi srk71zea-s1
Manual and page of error codes:
https://www.manualslib.com/manual/11...page=51#manual

This Air Condition have got options Heating, so winter is starting now in New Zealand because is 10 degree so I tried to switch on heating and I have notice that heating not working.
Blowing is working, but when I change setting from remote on heat it start blow without heat and stop and not blow at all.
I have checked light codes because light start to flash, and green light is ON and Red is flash 7 times what means from manual:

Green Light ON, Red Light 7 time flash.
Defective fan motor, poor Outdoor fan connector connection
When the outdoor unit's fan motor sped continues for 30 seconds or
longer at 75 rpm or lower. (3 times) (The air conditioner stops.

Ok, so I mean not a problem because I have got tho Air condition units, so I have checked second one and as well problem with heat, when I change with remote on heat it stop blowing, and green light start continues for few minutes flashing, but in manual there is no such as light code? there is option when green is flashing but red must show as well signal but in my option only green flashing. (I have checked red light and is working because it is timer so when timer is operated light is on)

SO first one unit shows that is fan engine problem or connection, I can change fan for new one if light code show problem properly but what about second unit?
Can somebody help? how to fix it?

I tried reset remote, I used both remote for units, all the time this same flashing green light without red
