Air Con at night does what it wants

Hi Guys;
i have Fujitsu 2 part aircon system 10kw. i have factory reset, it is set to cool and max fan 20 degrees...in a server room. The room is a constant 22-23 degrees (alot of servers). however the air con random must stop working when it feels like it during the night.

I have installed a 24 hour monitoring temp...for you to see the not so patterns over a 24 hour period over a few days. Any advice well come please it has me stumped, we've had it serviced and the engineers dont know either.

Any chance the unit is freezing up on you?

It appears to be happening when the sun is down.

The outside temperature is very important as the condenser may have low outdoor temperature protection.

I had a small workshop that I required A/C in even when it was fairly cool outside. I added a high pressure switch to my split unit and had the condenser fan cycle to maintain a higher head pressure for low temperature stability.

You said it's been serviced.... I'm wondering if they checked the charge.
Low on refrigerant could cause that problem.
