Blower not turning on for air conditioner
I installed an icm281 circuit board in the winter and my heater started working great. Summer came and my ac will not work. I replaced the capacitor, hoping it was something simple. It will not turn on, if I manually engage the contactor the fan on the outside unit turns on and the evaporator engages and starts to form ice. The blower never turns on. Could this be due to the control board?

Welcome to the forums.
The thermostat controls the blower and the condenser. Nothing outside in the condenser controls the blower.
When you replaced the board..... do you have a wire on the HI and LO blower terminals ?
HI is the output for the blower in A/C mode. Typically the wire is black on it.
Lo is the output for the blower in heat mode. Typically the wire is red or blue.
