Can someone tell me what ton my ac unit is?

It is a Bryant Preferred Series, 18 Seer, Model 167A

Serial# 3409E19855

Prod# 167ANA048000DAAA

Model# 167ANA048-A

Guessing 4 Ton

The Thursday night before Labor day weekend in 2016 the contactor when out, I couldn't get anyone for several days, live in Phoenix, it was still 110+ so I figured it out, found a place that would sell me the parts after driving all over Phoenix....

Replaced with Mars # 91311 and replaced the motor run capacitor because it was kind of gnarly looking with a Mars # 14289

It's starting to sound a little strained (kind of a buzzing sound) at startup but then clears up after a minute, I'm wondering if a hard start kit would help it out. Thought about it back then but there really isn't much extra room in there but I guess I'll have to figure it out.

Any recommendations for a hard start kit for this unit?

Also, is Mars good equipment? Would picking up (and possibly replacing) an extra cap and contactor a good idea?

It is a 4 ton unit.

The capacitor and contactor are easily found. The start cap ( possibly 189 - 227?) can also be easily found but the start relay should be replaced with an exact replacement.

Your existing start relay should have some information on it. The start cap should too.
