I am going to be installing a 125 gallon aquarium.
Total weight (tank,stand,water,sand,filter)around 1800#.
This will be 8in in from an outside wall, giving total floor area about
32"x6'.Will be in a doublewide mobile home. Putting in
6" concrete base, cement blocks up to floor joists, wood and shims as needed.
Should this be adequate support?Or any other ideas? Thanks

Welcome to the forums! You have the right idea, and the floor definitely needs support. What is your subflooring? OSB, Particle board or Plywood? If particleboard, You may entertain a 3/4" layer of plywood on top to spread out the weight a little better, as particleboard is awfully weak on its own.
