Reapply epoxy injection

I had a crack on the basement wall with small amount of water coming in. Epoxy injection had fixed it for almost 4 years. Now i see water reentering again. Can i re-inject epoxy in the same area where epoxy was applied? Should i remove/clean the old injected materials?

Yes, if you can't chip out the old epoxy with a hammer and cold chisel, you should likely use a grinder to grind out the joint. Use a wire brush... or one like a pipe cleaner to clean out the joint. Then blow the joint out with compressed air. Do this at least 3x, or until you no longer get dust out when blowing.
