Sealing around well pipe

Hi everyone, due to some rain and possible melting snow, I'm getting some water into my crawlspace where the well pipe comes in. This happened in the spring and I plugged it with hydraulic cement and this seemed to have worked for a while. Can someone recommend something else? Or more cement?

I understand I should probably look at the exterior too but at this time of year it is not possible. Thanks.

Hydraulic cement is a good way to seal it but if the water table is high it will still weep in.

The only way to truly address a water problem is from the outside. You will have better luck sealing off the pipe from the outside and after you thoroughly clean the area so your damp proofing material can stick.
