Resilient Channel needed?

Any point in using these sound isolation channels when there are a ton of ducting/vents/air returns that are cross beam and need boxing? Currently will be putting safe-n-sound everywhere. Not looking for total soundproofing, just mitigation.

Everything you can do to limit the transfer of noise will help. The strips probably won't be as effective as they would be in a unobstructed area but they still will help.
