Boiler and Reillo oil burner F5 maintenence
Had my oil boiler system in place 2 yrs ago and the system needs to run yr round, in summer just for indirect hot water. Everything is running well. Wondering if any maintenance is required? If so, what needs to be done. The boiler and burner booklet did not call for much in annual up keep. Thanks, Suat

Every heating appliance should be looked at every year. That is a good time to check and make sure the safety's are working. The relief valve should be opened to verify it will open if needed.
Check the chimney base if the unit is chimney vented. Clean if needed and it should not require an actually cleaning if it was set up correctly at the time of the installation and a good oil filter was installed.
It is also the time to make some energy adjustments if possible.
