Weil-Mclain HE-4 series 3 propane boiler intermittant won't light

I have a Weil-Mclain HE-4 series 3 propane boiler with White_Rodgers hot surface igniter. Intermittently, (about once a week), the first burner tube ignites but the 2nd through 6th burners do not. Then the flame sensor shuts down the gas. Using the 120v switch to shut down and restart the boiler will often result in correct operation.

Then, about monthly, when it is trying to fire, the gas solenoid is very quiet and I get no flame at all. (Normally the solenoid is loud.)

I believe the hot surface igniter, and flame sensor are working correctly because I see the results of their operation.

What should I do next?

Voltage to the gas valve comes from the pilot controller. Need the pilot flame controller manufacturer and model number to help you.

White-Rodgers Model 50E47-170
(Actually there is no pilot so I guess this the controller.)
