Hot water tank leaking from bottom with rust?

So I went downstairs and noticed a leak coming from my water tank. It's not even 3 years old. In the water there seems to be rust. Any ideas what I should do?

Check to be sure that the leak isn't from the inlet or outlet pipe/connection and running down through the tank insulation to the floor. Or, maybe the T&P relief valve is leaking (since it is located directly above the leak). If, indeed, the tank itself is leaking, it is shot and will have to be replaced.
