Boiler not turning on

I have a Utica boiler providing heat to two floors with two thermostats . Turned up the thermostats to test for winter and no heat.

I have done the following so far:
replaced batteries in the thermos
blew out dust in thermos
lines have no air in them, cold water comes out
tested zone valves by turning on thermos separately and could hear the valves working on both
boiler seems to have proper water pressure and no leaks anywhere

Any ideas of what I missed or what the next step is? Thanks very much

Make sure there is power to the boiler and if all the switches are on including the one upstairs if you have oil. If you have power try hitting the reset button to see if it shut down for some reason.

Hope this helps a little.

It would help to know whether boiler is gas or oil fired and what type of control it has. A picture and model number would be a good start.
