No power to Nest thermostat

SR506-EXP-4-Taco: red light is on at Zone 4. We have 4 zones for heat in our house. One nest thermostat works well...the new one is causing the heat to stay on, thermostat can't control it. The new Nest may be on Zone 4...what does the red light mean?

Welcome to the forums.

The new Nest may be on Zone 4...
You don't know what zone it's on ??

The red light on the right side signifies the zone is active and calling for heat.
Depending on which exact version you have.... the nests don't always work well.
Some need a C connection to work. Some don't have enough power to run multiple wifi stats.

In order to give you further info..... I need a picture of your control board.
How-to-insert-pictures.
