In floor heat

hot water flowing at all times. Checked tstat & taco relay. Working fine Circulating pump is a Taco 700-f5. Circulating water with no power to it. Is there a valve in the pump that’s stuck open? Only thing I can come up with. Thanks

Welcome to the forums.

It should specify integral flow check on the label.

That model can come with a check valve. The numbers after what you've posted determine that.

700-f5. Are all the model numbers. But having a stuck check valve sounds like a good possibility

The pump model on Taco would have IFC in it. If there is no IFC there probably is no Internal Flow Check. Are there zone valves on the radiant loops or flow checks on the system supply pipe.

Small on off valve on every loop. Only one zone. This is only installed in one room. Rest of house runs off separate baseboards.

You're missing something.......
Only one zone for the radiant but what about the baseboards ?

We're going to need a few pictures........ How-to-insert-pictures.
