Garage Floor perimeter crack seal

Hi,
I have cracks running across the perimeter of the garage where the floor meets the vertical slab (System is not letting me attach pics but will try to upload later). The gaps are not wide enough to push a backer rod in. I am also planning to epoxy coat the garage floor once I fill the perimeter crack.

I am thinking of using Sikaflex Self leveling right now. Question is what should I use to fill the crack in before applying Sika? I am not sure about the actual depth of the crack though. Is it ok to fill with Sand mix (Sakrete Topping and Bedding mix) and sprinkle a little water to settle.

Please suggest the best way to fill the crack.

Thanks a lot for your time and attention

Welcome to the forums!

Do you mean a crack between the slab and where it intersects with the wall? If so most any caulk will do ok. http://www.doityourself.com/forum/el...-pictures.html
