Patio tile and cement
I have a patio with ceramic tile and would like to raise the floor by putting a 2" cement top on it. Can I do this without removing the ceramic tile first?

1 We need more living space.
2 It has a sliding door access to the patio.
3 Yes its covered and was part of the structure of the house built in 1996.
