Concrete drive expansion joints

The expansion joints in my drive have deteriorated and water can get in. what product should I use to seal these joints to keep water out and keep from freezing in the winter?

I have this on all my joints. Nothing wide enough to need backer rod so I use sand to fill to a dept of 3/4" then fill.

First time I put down tape on each side then used card board like a squeegee, but after a few years, and lots of joints it just gets poured in.

A good concrete store will carry other similar brands and different colors, big box stores carry 1, maybe 2 colors.
