In that close up picture it sure looks like marble but could also be granite.

If it scratches easily it's probably marble.
It it doesn't scratch easily it's probably granite.

It definitely doesn't seem like it can be scratched easily. It weighs probably over 100lbs.

Does it have any value? It is 3'x3'x3". I was at least hoping to get someone to haul it off without sending me a bill The sides and corners are a bit chipped up..

Take it out to the front lawn near the curb. Lean it against something and put "free" on it. It'll be gone quickly.

It looks like granite to me. Either way, if you put it to the curb, show the other side. That side looks like it has a rust stain.

I swear, when you zoom in on the image...it almost looks like concrete/cement with a veneer of stone on top.

I agree with Vic, while it looks like granite - on the top and edge where it's a different color it doesn't look like granite.
