Concrete expansion Bolts

I am having a concrete foundation poured on which I will install a prefab shed. It will be anchored to the concrete via expansion bolts. How long should I let the concrete cure before drilling?

28 days is the norm for allowing concrete to cure

Anchor Bolts

Why not set them in wet concrete, I cannot be that precise as to where they should go.

Should I use expansion bolts or concrete screws, which is best?

It doesn't have to be dead accurate, drilling a bunch of holes is a PITA.
