Drilling in Concrete
I am drilling 1/2" holes in a concrete pad on which I plan to install a shed. I am using a Ryobi hammer drill, battery powered. The holes are not round, but somewhat triangular in shape. What am I doing wrong and can I fix them?

I'm sure they will be fine. It's probably due to the (comparatively) weak power of the drill that the bit wanders around as you drill. A more powerful SDS rotary hammer would blast the hole pretty quickly which makes a cleaner hole. But you will be fine.

Down in the hole a bit it is probably more round as the hole above helps support and guide the bit. Still, being slightly out of round doesn't hurt anything. Expanding or epoxy anchors will still grip and hold.
