Very tenacious trace of cement pot on stone terrace
I left a pot made of some kind of cement for some years on my terrace.
I tried to remove the trace with a metal brush rubbing like crazy, but to no avail (see photo).
Any idea of a chemical solution to this?
Thanks

Part of the problem isn't the ring the pot left. It's that the pot protected that part of the concrete while all the rest weathered and mildewed. I would start with a good pressure washing of the entire terrace. That should clean and lighten the rest to more closely match the area under the pot. Then if you still have a ring I would try a mineral dissolving cleaner like CLR or use straight white vinegar.
