Help choosing caulk to seal block concrete to concrete gap (pictures)
So our house is made of concrete blocks and is surrounded by concreted yard.
There is a gap where these two meet.
Five years ago, I asked the same question and went with Sikaflex SL. this has failed miserably... due to either user error or product. Basically, it has separated from the edge of the housel I tried to update my old thread but its not allowed.
I am looking for any recommendations on a good outdoor caulk for here in AZ.
Thanks! The first picture shows the wall and the yard. And the second picture is the closeup

The surfaces need to be clean, backer rod needs to be inserted to the proper depth, and then the sealant should be tooled (unless you use a self leveling sealant).
The simplest thing for you to use that is readily available would be Loctite S20.... in the large quart tubes. Its self lavellong and is pretty stupid proof unless you make a giant mess with it. Don't use it anywhere there is a slope.
