Question Removing concrete fasteners

We're going to be finishing our basement soon, and I'd like to move the egress escape ladder to the egress where the bedroom will be. The ladder has 4 concrete rivets in it, and I have no idea how to remove these.

Any suggestions?

You would have to grind the heads off... the expansion part of the anchor won't come out.

I actually just figured it out - there was just enough space between the ladder and the wall that I could fit a hack saw. Sawed those puppies right off!
