Fixing drainage slope with pavers.

So my front porch was obviously built to drain to the steps, 3 out of 4 corners gently slope towards there. The problem is due to foundation settling or something similar the forth corner does not drain and instead gets a small pool of water every time it rains or we wash. How should I go about fixing this so water drains to the stairs

Would the dirt and mosquito problem be adequately addressed if you drilled a one inch weep hole in the low concrete porch wall, at porch level outward with a gentle slope down? Now the water would drain out into the dirt on the far side of that wall

Well there's no magic wand for that other than removing pavers and correcting the grade that they have been set on. For anything to properly drain it needs a minimum of 1/4" slope. So anything less than that is going to experience ponding... especially on an irregular surface that's in the shade or protected from wind.

A weep hole through the wall could be a solution but may not be a good idea if that isn't a solid poured wall.

It’s a brick wall. Not a solid poured one. Is the concern that it will rot if I drill a weep hole?

A solid concrete wall would actually be better. The concern is allowing water into the center of the brick wall where it could freeze and break the wall apart.
