Prep for painting patio floor and non slip finsh

I have a patio with a ceiling, open on two sides. This was painted about 23 years ago and itís time to re do it or do something, The paint has held up well. I think it is acrylic because I found some of the old paint. So this is a two part question
What should I do to prepare it for another coating? Sand it? pressure wash it? Use some kind os chemical stripper? This is 60 sq yds.
And secondly, itís between the house and the pool. I sure would like something not slippery. So after I have it prepped what can I do to make it not slippery? Or what kind of finish is not slippery?

Sorry, Concrete on grade. The. Paint held up remarkably well. It was new or nearly new when we bought the place but it shows its wear after 23 years.
