How to secure jar rack to wall?

I'm trying to make something like this to put mason jars on a wall rack.
what's the best way to secure it to the wall since there don't seem to be any mounting points on the back or side panels.

You can drill thru the bottom cleat and screw it to studs. Add a cleat to the top shelf and do the same thing .... or add brackets.

L brackets?
just worried then that all the weight is supported by one cross shelf
if I put some sort of 1x ? Across the back flat then it will make the while rack stick out a bit from the wall.

You could put a plywood back on it, secured to each shelf would give them a lot of strength.

Putting a back on it might be a good idea too.
