Question How to tighten tambour kitchen cabinet door

Hi, all: Our kitchen has about a dozen small storage cabinets that run around a raised area along the back of a long countertop. The openings vary in size, and each has an individual tambour roll-up door. One of the doors, which is on a small cabinet with an opening of 10"w x 9"h, has taken to falling when it's raised. I've used a mirror to look at the inside of the door and it doesn't appear that there's any type of mechanical aspect to it - simply a track on each side of the door ending at the top with a spiral section that the door rolls up into. Is there a way of tightening anything so that the door will stay in the "up" position? Thanks much!
