Cabinet rails and stiles on face frame

What width(s) do most cabinet guys use and why? I’m building my own kitchen cabinets and I’ll be making my own raised panel doors with concealed hinges and I don’t remember what the stiles should be to make it work right.
I’m thinking of using 1 1/2” stiles and rails so that when I build drawers I can just slap 3/4” scrap on the inside of the cabinets to screw the drawer slides to.
Thoughts?

1 1/2" is normal if you are building face frames for the cabinets. For raised panel doors the rails and stiles are usually 2".

On my cabinets I used 1/2 set back hinges but think I should of used 3/4 inch. Would give a little m.ore fudge room. Scrap to mount drawer slides to is ok. I used the cheaper side mounted soft close slides and am sorry I did not go with the Blum bottom mount type. Blum are expensive

I bought a nice book on building cabinets a long time ago and built my own custom cabinets. Some projects require more than Google if you want a thorough job.
