Shower Fixture Water Stains / Spots
I have "stains" or "spots" on my chrome fixtures. I installed a full home water softener w/ chlorine removal a few months after install. I am not sure if that is related but seems relevant. The shower / bathroom is Carrara marble so I need to be careful of cleaning products.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

When it comes to high shine chrome it seems no matter what you do it will be necessary to consistently clean them. Just get into the habit after each use wipe them down with the towel you just used to dry off with. It works for us.

I don't know that there is any way to prevent it. I worked as a worker & a foreman for cleaning contractors in NYC office buildings for 23 years. I never saw a way to prevent spots on chromed fixtures. If you find a way, let me know.

Get a good chrome cleaner from auto store or home improvement store. Something like Brasso. Do a Google search. There a literally hundreds of products for that purpose. Unless those spots had some type of etching chemical in them, a good polish should remove them.

Excellent. I actually have used Eagle One Never Dull Wadding Polish (https://www.eagleone.com/nevr-dull-wadding-polish) that I used to use on my car's rims. I can reuse that and try and keep the chrome dry after shower. Thanks everyone.
