Its like an Stachybotrys chartarum mold that stick on my walls.
I used soap soak with water and apply it to the area of the molds. I even used vinegar as they've said but still the molds are there.
I am thinking on just painting it or stick an sticker wall with all the parts of the wall.. Very tiring in removing those black molds.

Bleach? Or an actual mold removal/killing product. Painting over will just cause them to bleed through later. Most paint is latex anyway and is just food for mold. After removal/death of mold, you can use an anti-mildew additive in the paint.

I did use both, a Bleach and an actual mold removal. Thank you, so painting it would rather cause more and more dozens of molds. Anyway, I refer now to a company that specializes in molds removal and I hope they can get into it.

Most latex paints have mildewcide in them, also painted surfaces are less likely to absorb moisture which is one of the requirements for mold to grow. IF the mold/mildew is removed or killed - fresh paint will stop or slow down it's return. If the mold/mildew is still active all a fresh coat of paint will do is hide it.
