Pizza "grease" on seat cushion.

... it's actually a cloth car seat, but that shouldn't matter.

The day after bringing home a pizza, I noticed a couple of spots on the seat where the box was. What's the best way to remove this?

Thanks

I use mineral spirits on grease stains. Put it on the rag, not the seat, as you don't want it soaking through the seat.

If you try mineral spirits, and I have no idea whether or not it will work, I would suggest using deodorized mineral spirits.

I had a mobile electronics store. Spent a lot of time under dash boards. With the work came the grease. I used lighter fluid almost exclusively. It will not harm the fabric. It will smell for a short while but will evaporate.

To remove Sharpie marker...... use equal parts of lighter fluid and rubbing (isopropyl) alcohol.

I would have said blot it with Energine. However it's no longer sold. Forunately, an MSDS sheet for the product shows that is was made of 100% Naphtha... which is available in any hardware store or box store.

After it's been cleaned, I would suggest blotting it with Dawn dish soap and water.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh..... Naptha..... the choice of cleaners worldwide.
Works like lighter fluid but cheaper. Haven't seen it around.
