Pressure Washing mildew UNDER YOUR HOUSE
i have some water issues that I HAVE found out where water was coming in.. Iam fixing that problem.
What I see is mildew that has come under the house.. It is a dark blue no white..
How to remove this? Can i pressure wash it off.. Like spray on a mildew remover and then wash it all off?>??
This is on one end of my house, I have a 8gpm hot washer

Id get a chemical that is designed for killing mold. Bleach kills mold but has no kill time past 24 hours. Most chemicals designed for killing mold can kill up to 6 months. once the bleach is gone from your mixture you are left with the water. water is what caused your issue the first time. I would not fix the mold issue until you have fixed the water issue.

I have not yet tried "Wet and Forget" but there is some here for mold/mildew on our concrete patio...a lot of which is in the shade.
It is 10% Alkyl Dimethyl Benzyl Ammonium Chloride. Spray on and do not rinse or touch again. Takes awhile to work.
