We've had this one for about two years:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Doesn't get a lot of use, but we've been very happy. Also running Win7 here.

Just re-read my review on it. Gave it three stars because of the mount, so depends on how you are going to use it; otherwise it's a good little camera.

Any camera is going to require a bit of technical work to set it up so you can view over the Internet. Physically setting up the camera is generally the easy part but getting it communicating to your home network and eventually the Internet is what requires some knowledge. You might consider a camera that offers free technical support setting up your camera. I have a couple Foscam pan and tilt cameras that we use to keep an eye on the cat when we are traveling. If purchased directly from them (Foscam) they offer free technical support setting up your camera but if purchased from another source I think they charge for helping set up your network.

Thanks for the responses.
The monitor is a small, 15 inches wide Samsung monitor. Then, I'm looking for Webcam which goes with the small monitor I've been using for years. I plan to use the Webcam for the communication with the doctor and plan to use it for awhile.
Is that, below is a good one?

Logitech
Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920, Widescreen Video Calling and Recording, 1080p Camera, Desktop or Laptop Webcam
Thanks,
