What coax type cable needed?

Hi all-
I am switching from ATT Uverse (over copper) to Xfinity cable for internet and want to locate the new modem next to my desk in my den. To have a direct connection between my PC and the modem (as I have now with my pathetic 1.2MBps down connection) the cable will have to run under the house for about 40 ft or so to connect to the service from the street. Before you ask, Comcast has already told me that they will only bring service to the house (about 150 ft from the outer wall to their box on a pole down the hill). I have no 21st century cable running anywhere under the house (but plenty of coax that was used back in the 70s) that I can use for their service, so it's all going to be new cable. So, I will run the cable through the floor near my desk and then along a crawlspace to where it will hook up with their service. What I need to know is what kind of coax is used for internet (no TV)? I'd like to have this in place when the tech comes out next week to see what is involved in bringing service from the street. Can anyone point me to a source for the cable I will need? Many thanks in advance.

You will need RG6 cable. My preference is RG6 Quad Shield coax.
It's available everywhere.
You can even buy it terminated to save purchasing a crimp tool unless the cable company will put the ends on it for you.
