Moto g play 2021
Supposed to have a qwerty keyboard. When it was set up they changed it and now don't know how to fix it. Any idea on getting it changed back other than setting the phone to default and losing all my contacts?

I guess you've gone in your settings? I have an IPhone, but doing a quick search shows the keyboard settings are under Languages and you can download different keyboards to use, if you don't see it on there.
