multiple devices on the same Bluetooth transmitter
I have a Bluetooth mouse and Bluetooth headphones. They both came with a small plug-in transmitter and work fine. But do I, in fact, need both transmitters?

Since they use spread-spectrum frequency hopping, shouldn't I be able to use just one (anyone) and still have both working? And then can I not take the other transmitter to another computer and use those same devices?

I have the same transmitters on two mice. They will not work concurrently with only one transmitter. I would say the spread spectrum would apply to only the appliance they are coded with.
