Toshiba laptop: broken key

Hello, I have a Toshiba Tecra z40 laptop, the "E" key has broken, not the key itself, which seems intact, but one of the four anchors attached to the keyboard base.

All tutorials I found are aimed to replace a broken key, which is not my case, in my case, one of the four hooks/anchors that hold the key to the base, is broken and can't hold the key in its place. You can see it in the picture, it's the top right hook.

Do I have a repair option other than substitute the complete keyboard? (which I don't know if will be possible as Toshiba is not making laptops anymore)

That's what I'm saying, I don't need a new key, I need a different solution

Or try a dab of hot glue or a super glue.

Hi, sorry for the delay, it took some time to get double side tape.

- Super glue and hot glue didn't work, the gum button is too smooth and slippery and glue doesn't fix, so this solution does not work.

- Double side tape: so far is doing the trick, the key press is not easy or comfortable but so far is working.

Thank you.
