Concerns about Sunroom built on deck structure

Hello, we are looking at a house that we like. The big concern with this home for us is an addition that is basically a sunroom built on top of a deck. I looked up the permits online and it looks like the structure is about 12 years old and has all the permits needed. Should this still be an area of concern for us? As you see it is being held up by three beams and connected to the home. How long would a structure like this last and is there a chance of it collapsing? What kind of maintenance is needed to ensure its longevity?

Please see the pics of the structure below. Thank you.

It all depends on the sun room, how it was constructed and it's current condition. Shoddily construed ones can have issues but if properly built it should give you no more trouble than any other part of the house. I think where many get into trouble is that it's built as a 3 season room then they try to convert it for year round use.
