How to remove spilled wax from pavers
I spilled some citronella candle wax on my patio pavers several days ago. Don't have clue as to how to remove the wax. This is the type of paver.

Good idea. I'll try it. But I have my doubts. What I didn't mention was that the wax was very thin and mixed with water. The candles were left out during a rain. The very hot weather made the wax watery and I knocked it over by mistake. The pavers were very hot and the wax soaked right in. I'm afraid I may need to replace them.

It may be way out there, but since the wax is semi flammable, why not try using a torch to "evaporate" it? Use a blue flame to keep it from depositing carbon on the pavers.

I'm thinking denatured alcohol might dissolve candle wax. I've had limited success washing it off prior to painting with a solvent I had on hand - just can't remember which one
usually it's easier/quicker for me to just prime it with pigmented shellac
