Porch support issue

Hello,
I recently found under my porch some rotten support structures, which you can see on the pictures.

The wood is rotten and actually doesn't provide any support.

Can somebody please advise, is this just left overs after the construction and was simply forgotten or the porch does need this support?

Nothing happened so far, I just noticed it when wanted to do something else in a crawl space. When I was buying this house I had house inspected and I was not told anything about it.

Please help.

That framing serves the same purpose as a concrete form does... helps hold things up until the concrete sets. It is not, or at least should not be structural.

Hi, thank you for response. So, you mean that this was just a temporary support during construction, which was just left there?
